SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All made to order wigs will take 4-6 weeks to create and then they are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Usually ships in about 2-3 business days. Wigs are shipped with a styrofoam head in a 12"x12"x12" box.

All other items will be processed in 3-5 business days and then shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please let me know immediately and I would like to work with you to resolve your concern.

Flannels, Jackets, and accessories can be exchanged for a different size or style. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sizes are listed in each category, if you are unsure of a size of a specific garment please email me so I can make sure you have the right size.

Wigs are non-returnable and there are no refunds. Photos are sent to you prior to shipping, so please make sure you are checking your emails. However, I am human and sometimes I make mistakes.
